Our professional, efficient and cost-effective services will ensure your requirements are exceeded and everything is run to perfection. We have a variety of bars of different shapes and sizes and props available to hire to add the wow factor to any marquee, function room and outdoor event.

Venues and Props

We have operated in a variety of venues from stately homes to industrial sheds and almost everything in between!

You will see we can provide everything you need for wedding receptions, engagement parties, 21 st and other event birthday dates, fundraising events, student and summer balls etc. Additional to licensed bars we provide several different props including post boxes, prosecco walls, sweet carts to name a few.

We have worked with many other companies and can recommend caterers, florists, furniture, DJ’s, dance floors, marquee hire and anything else you might want or need for your event. If you need information we haven’t mentioned just ask and we will do our utmost to help you with it.

Staff

All staff are reliable, well trained, experienced and above all, courteous. Naturally, they are uniformed, well presented with excellent customer service skills. They are knowledgeable with a keen eye for detail and excellent hygiene standards.

Licensing and Legal

We will apply for a license, now called a Temporary Event Notice, on your behalf when we provide your mobile bar service unless the premises is already licensed. Premises must be licensed for where and when alcohol is sold.

The operators and several staff hold Personal Licences and Public Liability insurance is in place. This leaves you with no headaches or worries about the legal side of things and allows you to enjoy your important event.

Please Note: - Our Public Liability insurance does NOT cover ‘dry hire’ events as the operators are not there to manage the bars or props.

Areas we cover

We are based in Nantwich, and generally cover Cheshire, Shropshire and Staffordshire.

However we have operated further afield for special events so please contact us to discuss your requirements and location and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
